Do you accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges?
All sales are final, unless you receive the incorrect item. In the event an incorrect item is sent by mistake, Royal Luxury Finds will provide a return shipping label at no cost. The correct item will be sent within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
